Dr Arnold accepts many private insurance providers but please do check with your insurer that your policy covers all the costs of your proposed appointment. Please provide a copy of your insurance membership details including the expiry date and policy number. Please also provide an authorisation number for this episode. You will be liable for all costs that your insurer does not pay in relation to your appointment and treatment received.

Unfortunately Dr Arnold no longer accepts new AVIVA, AXA or BUPA patients as they do not authorise sufficient funds to cover the consultation.
